Realtime Reporting
At your request we will forward an article on realtime written by Administrative Law Judge Allan W. Klein who presented on the subject at the National Center for State Courts. Devine-Hall & Associates, Ltd., is a provider of realtime services utilizing LiveNote and CaseView for Counsel.

      Our video-synchronization technology extends the instant search capabilities of the litigation support system to videotapes. Search the transcript and mark portions of the text for review. Then watch as the program automatically locates and plays the selected testimony on the video, even excerpting desired portions to another videotape for review or playback. You receive immediate access to the transcript of current and prior proceedings, video recordings, litigation databases, and exhibits, putting you only a keystroke away from a vast library of information that prepare you to win your case.

  • Question Numbering for Ease of Reference

Realtime Translation (Simultaneous Translation):

  • Provides a better record than traditional court reporting
  • Provides access for deaf and hard-of-hearing people in compliance with the ADA
  • Mark text, issue code, searches text online
  • DOS and Windows-based software provided for online or offline testimony review, together with training. Windows software is available.

Strict criteria were applied in reviewing capabilities and services of recommended litigation support and court reporting firms. Then, and only then, were select firms offered DepoNet membership.

  • Customized Quality Assurance Program: The program provides counsel and their staff an opportunity to rate everything from the professionalism of the reporter at the deposition to the final accuracy and timeliness of the transcript. The program is administered by American Network Services, Inc., the parent company of DepoNet. This Program provides us important feedback from our clients and from counsel who order transcript copies. This feedback is vital as it helps us to identify ways to improve our service.
